i get to go home!

i get to go home after school today.
for maybe the third time all year.
i'm excited.
th carpool process is just so much fun.
with the cliquey 6th graders who think they're better than you.
the 7th graders, half of which are my best friends. the other half, not so much.
the 8th graders who are all my friends but talk about me behind my back. actually, they do that to everyone.
and us high schoolers walk up to the parking lot because we think we're cool.
yeah.

so yesterday was the last day of varsity volleyball.
for now.
